What You'll Do

• Build and ship end-to-end product features across the stack.
• Develop scalable backend services, APIs, and AI-powered workflows.
• ntegrate with diverse enterprise and industrial systems.
• Work closely with customers, product, and the founding team to solve real-world
  operational problems.
• Own projects from idea to production, moving quickly with a focus on quality and
  impact.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong programming skills in TypeScript/JavaScript and Python.
• Experience building modern web applications using React, Next.js, and Node.js.
• Solid understanding of PostgreSQL, REST APIs, Time Series and distributed
  systems.
• Familiarity with Docker, Git, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), and modern deployment
  workflows.
• Experience working with LLMs, AI agents, vector databases, or retrieval systems is a
  strong plus.
• Ability to quickly understand complex systems, grasp context, and execute with
  minimal guidance.
• High ownership mindset: you take initiative, solve problems proactively, and see
  things through.
• Comfortable making decisions with imperfect information and willing to take
  calculated risks.
• Thrive in fast-paced environments, adapt quickly, and enjoy wearing multiple hats.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, customer-first mindset.
