Rimba is a specialized AI compliance and operations data platform for heavy industries, starting with low-carbon fuels compliance. It connects to the systems you already run — SCADA, ERP, document stores, lab systems — and turns meter reads, bills of lading, scale tickets, utility statements, and sustainability declarations into audit-ready reports.
Compliance and operations teams across the low-carbon fuel value chain: renewable fuel producers, feedstock collectors and traders, logistics providers, blenders, offtakers, and project developers. Rimba is built for energy and industrial companies, and our focus starts with low-carbon fuels compliance: Renewable Natural Gas (RNG), biodiesel, renewable diesel (RD), sustainable aviation fuel (SAF), ethanol, and methanol.

This is the part most teams find very helpful. Rimba maintains a shared audit workspace where your compliance team, consultant, and verifier work off the same dataset. Every reported figure traces back to its source document or meter read, and every formula is validated so an auditor can follow and easily verify. Reports are generated continuously, not assembled in a scramble before each audit deadline.
Extraction is only the first step. Rimba uses OCR and large language models to pull data from documents, then continuously reconciles volumes across sources and flags gaps, duplicates, and inconsistencies before submission — for example, catching a missing meter read before it turns into an invalid RIN. Where a program permits data substitution, Rimba applies the approved method and documents the derivation.
Yes. Rimba maintains one dataset that serves every program you're certified for, so a shipment recorded once feeds multiple programs/certification of your choosing (e.g. LCFS, RFS, and ISCC) without being re-entered. This minimizes data discrepancies, eliminates risk of double counting, and resources needed to maintain compliance, not to mention the time savings aspect.
Yes. Rimba is SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certified, with encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and audit logging throughout. Data stays yours — Rimba processes it on your behalf and does not use customer data to train models for other customers.
You do. Your data remains your property, and it's exportable at any time.
Yes, and this is deliberate. Rimba is multi-party by design: producers, offtakers, consultants, and verifiers can each be given scoped access to the same workspace. Verifiers review evidence in place instead of receiving an export.
Yes. Rimba tracks chain of custody from feedstock origin through collection, production, trading, and delivery, maintaining mass balance and allocation across the chain, and validating fuel pathways against program requirements.
Rimba plugs into your existing stack rather than replacing it: Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, SharePoint, ERP and inventory systems, custom databases, historians and SCADA platforms (AVEVA, Ignition, Siemens, Rockwell), and cloud environments on AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. If your system isn't on the list, it's usually still connectable — ask us.

Days to weeks, not quarters. Connecting a document source or a historian is straightforward; the timeline depends mostly on how many sites, systems, and programs are in scope. Deployment runs alongside your operations rather than interrupting them.
Yes. Rimba processes and aggregates the underlying utility, production, and process data automatically, replacing the usual cycle of downloading statements, recording raw data in Excel, and running scripts to prorate and aggregate. The output is a clean, audit-ready CI calculation with its inputs traceable.
Rimba ingests production data automatically and prepares the values for RIN generation, removing the manual work of pulling fields out of a SCADA GUI, staging them in Excel, and reconciling them against emailed invoices. Rimba prepares the figures; submission into EMTS stays with your team.
Spreadsheets are where compliance data goes to lose its provenance: a number gets copied between four files and no one can reconstruct where it came from six months later at audit. A consultant can assemble the report but still depends on that same fragile input. Rimba keeps the data connected to its source continuously, so the report is a view of live data rather than a reconstruction. Most customers keep their consultant and give them Rimba to work in.
