Common questions.

Can the same operational data support more than one program?

Yes. Source records such as production volumes, feedstock transactions, and energy use can support multiple workflows. Each program still has its own eligibility rules, accounting boundaries, calculation methods, and reporting requirements. A CI value or sustainability claim is not automatically transferable between programs.

Does using Rimba replace certification or independent verification?

Rimba helps prepare, reconcile, and organize the data used in compliance reviews. Certification decisions, verification opinions, and credit eligibility remain subject to the applicable program requirements and the relevant certification bodies, verifiers, authorities, or tax advisers.

Which fuels and supply-chain participants can use Rimba?

Rimba supports data workflows across RNG and biomethane, SAF, renewable diesel and biodiesel, ethanol, and methanol value chains. Producers, collectors, aggregators, traders, consultants, and auditors can discuss their specific operations and program scope with our team.
